Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announces indictment of Myla Hunter

Today, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of Fairmount resident Myla Hunter (DOB 3-3-87) for the September 6, 2010 murder of Gary Bizaillion. Hunter was indicted in a three count indictment for Aggravated Robbery (Felony 1), Aggravated Murder (Special Felony) and Murder (Special Felony). If convicted of all charges, she faces the possibility of life in prison.

The murder occurred at a residence in Fairmount at 1770 Westwood Avenue. Hunter and the victim were acquainted prior to the murder. The victim was struck multiple times with a prybar during a violent struggle. Hunter stole his money, car and some other personal property.

Hunter was arrested shortly after the murder in Fairmount. The victim's car and some of his personal property was recovered in a parking lot near where Hunter was arrested.
